Technical Services Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • We focus on the highest quality customer satisfaction and timely support. Your role this this position will be to identify, analyze, and deliver solutions to customers.
  • Knowledge of, or willing to learn web services (IIS), firewalls, SQL servers and networks in relation to connectivity and performance troubleshooting necessary to resolve customer’s issues.
  • Monitors and manages working incidents.

Qualifications

  • A cumulative of 4 years' experience: BS/BA with no work experience; AS/AA and 2 year work experience; or 4 years work experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of, or willing to learn MSSQL Server administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and executives on technical and business issues.
  • Experience providing high quality customer support in an environment where reliability and punctuality were highly valued. Strong organizational, project management, and negotiation skills.
